If you forgot your password, visit the Log In page and click the link highlighted below.
Enter the work email address you used to create your StudioSpace account.
If this email is in our database, it will be sent a recovery email for you to reset your password. Please follow the instructions given.
If you do not receive a password recovery email or it doesn't work, then either:
- You are using the incorrect email: If your company definitely has an account with StudioSpace and you are not getting a password recovery email, then make sure you are using the right email address as sometimes generic info@ or hello@ email addresses are used at onboarding
- Your password reset link has expired: The link expires after 24 hours
