How do I onboard my team onto StudioSpace?

Once you sign up to StudioSpace, you can invite team members from your company to collaborate.

☝️ You do not need to invite everyone on your team!

We recommend inviting team members who either need oversight of StudioSpace Projects, or will be involved in writing Project briefs, attending meetings with agencies, selecting the winning agency, and reviewing the Project Statement of Work.

To invite Team members to your Studio, go to My Studio and then navigate to  My Team in the top nav bar.
 
Here, you can add new members using the New Team Member button to send out an invite to your colleagues and view who is in your Team.
 

Please note: Invitation emails will expire after 30 days due to security reasons. If you need the invite to be re-sent, please contact StudioSpace.
