Please use the email address you used to create your StudioSpace account.
If this email is in our database, you will be sent a recovery email for you to reset your password. Please follow the instructions given.
If you do not receive a password recovery email, then either:
- You are using the incorrect email: If your company definitely has an account with StudioSpace and you are not getting a password recovery email, then make sure you are using the right email address as sometimes generic info@ or hello@ email addresses are used at onboarding
- Your password reset link has expired: The link expires after 24 hours
