At this point, StudioSpace is a bit more hands off and let’s the agency deliver your project. The Project Delivery stage is divided into three distinct modules.
Invoices
The first module contains the invoices that we will issue you during the length of the project will be displayed. They will follow the invoice schedule that you will have agreed to as part of your Statement of Work, and will update if additional changes to the project (such as extensions, delays, or changes in scope) are made.
Feedback
The second module contains project feedback. Feedback is an invaluable part of ensuring a high standard of quality on StudioSpace. Near the end of the Project, you will be asked to provide feedback to your agency, as well as to StudioSpace.
Final Handover
The final module is called “Final Handover”. At the end of the Project, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire to confirm the completion of your Project. Combined with feedback, this will be used to formally consider the Project complete on StudioSpace. This is also where you can let us know if a Project is not complete for any reason (such as if there been a delay).
