Introduction to Project Delivery (for agencies)
When the Statement of Work has been signed by both parties with StudioSpace, the Project will move into Project Delivery.
At this point, StudioSpace is a bit more hands off, and we let you, the agency, deliver the project. The Project Delivery stage is divided into three distinct modules.
Invoices
The first module contains the invoices you will issue us during the length of the project They will follow the invoice schedule that you will have agreed to as part of your Statement of Work, and will update if additional changes to the project (such as extensions, delays, or changes in scope) are made. Please note, you will not need to manually issue us invoices, as this should be done in-platform.
Feedback
The second module contains project feedback. Feedback is an invaluable part of ensuring a high standard of quality on StudioSpace. Near the end of the Project, you will be asked to provide feedback to the client, as well as to StudioSpace.
Final Handover
The final module is called “Final Handover”. At the end of the Project, the client will be asked to complete a questionnaire to confirm the completion of your Project. Combined with feedback, this will be used to formally consider the Project complete on StudioSpace.
