Receiving feedback for a project

Close to the end date of a project, we will ask the client to provide project feedback and ask you to share some feedback for the client too.

As your project comes to a close, you'll be invited by StudioSpace to provide feedback on how your project has been coming along. You'll be asked questions on how the overall experience has been:

  1. With your client

  2. With StudioSpace

Please share any feedback on how it was working with your client - it will help them with future projects. It's also incredibly valuable to us as we're striving to improve the experience on our platform.

We know how important it is to our independent agencies to get feedback  as they're looking to constantly improve their craft, so we push clients to provide this as part of our project workflow.

You can either click the link via the email notification, or navigate to Projects > Project Delivery > Feedback in the platform.

 

Your overall project feedback will be taken as an average and published on your marketplace profile alongside any client testimonials you have requested from project's outside of StudioSpace. These project feedback ratings or reviews cannot be deleted or updated, unless they contain confidential information, in which case please flag this with us and we will remove it. Sharing this information helps keep our marketplace transparent and high quality.
