Preparing for Chemistry & Proposal meetings

What happens once you've accepted a brand's project?

📆 Chemistry & Proposal Meetings

When you accept a brand's project, you will become part of the project's matching process. This is the brand's opportunity to get to know the agencies they've been shortlisted, and for agencies to respond to the brief.

StudioSpace will be in touch with you to schedule time for both Chemistry and Proposal meetings. The meetings will occur within the brand's scheduled timeframe, and will have a minimum time apart from each other to ensure fairness across each agency.

Meetings Explained

Chemistry meetings are used for you to get to know the brand more than just what you've seen in the project brief. It is also an opportunity for you to ask them few more questions before you respond with a proposal.

Proposal meetings will be when you formally present the brand your proposal in response to their project brief. This will be the penultimate stage before a winning agency is chosen from the shortlist.

✅ After all meetings are complete

Once the Proposal meetings have been completed, the brand will be prompted to select their winning agency. For now, sit tight!

Agency Etiquette

We ask that you respect the etiquette of the StudioSpace process, and do not reach out to the brand directly while waiting for a decision. Reaching directly to the brand during this process may lead you to being removed from the project running, and removed from the StudioSpace platform.
