Providing Proposal Feedback and Picking a Winner

Once you have completed your Chemistry & Proposal Meetings, you're ready to pick your winner!

This is your opportunity to provide feedback to each of the agencies that responded to your brief with a proposal, and to select the agency you want to move forward with.

Why do I need to provide feedback?

Feedback is provided directly to agencies and is critical for them to understand they have won or not won a project. This also helps improve our marketplace by .

1. Give Feedback

To start giving feedback, select "Pick a winner" or the "Give feedback & pick winner" buttons on the Final Selection page.

You will then be prompted to rate each agency under 6 parameters, give an overall score, and provide some written feedback to each agency's proposals.

Feedback you provide is shared directly with the agency once you select a winner. Please be aware of this when writing your feedback.

2. Select a Winner

Once you have provided feedback to each agency, you will be prompted to pick a winner. You will be given a reminder of each agencies' average score based on the feedback you just gave, but the choice is at your discretion on who you pick as your winning agency.

3. Time to Contract!

Now that you've selected a winning agency, you will be prompted to undergo contracting. This includes agreeing with the agency on more detailed timelines, budget and deliverables, all of which will be generated into a Statement of Work that you will then be asked to sign before commencing the project.

To learn more, visiting our Contracting page.

What happens to the agencies that didn't win?

The agencies that unfortunately didn't win this project will be notified at the same time as you selecting a winning agency, and will be provided with feedback to their proposal. Their access to the project will also become limited; they will only be able to view the original Project Scope, and the feedback they received as part of the selection process.
