Viewing the Projects Dashboard

The one-stop shop to understanding your projects on StudioSpace.

Alongside your Projects, our Projects Dashboard provides you with a single place where you can analyse your StudioSpace projects in more detail and align your activity on StudioSpace with your business strategy.

Interface Tour

Note: the images shown below may differ slightly from what you see when you access Dashboards yourself, but the functionality is the same. This article will be updated if this changes.

XL - Client - Dashboard-1

Your dashboard will break down project data into a number of different cards:

  • View Scope - view data from a certain date range (note that this affects
  • Bar Graph - view your total and average project spend, and visualise your project spend across dates
  • Projects by Agency - view who you’ve been working with most often, how much you’ve spent with them, and track against initiatives e.g. B-Corp certified agencies.
  • Projects Detail - view average project spend, number of projects, and the type of projects that you have on Studiospace
  • Projects by Status - view a breakdown of the status of your StudioSpace projects

Changing Date Range

To view StudioSpace project data under a certain date range, you can use the view scope at the top of the page. Note that this will affect all cards.

You can either select one of our preset ranges (last 3/6/12 months or all time), or select a custom range, wherein a popup will appear, allowing you to select a specific date range.

To reset a custom date range, simply select the Custom... option again and reset the range.

Projects by Agency

The Projects by Agency card will allow you to see a breakdown of the agencies you've done the most work with on StudioSpace. For each agency, you can see their name, the number of projects you've engaged with them*, their average feedback on projects, and the total amount you have spent with them.

*We define engagement as:

  • An agency who you have provided feedback to as part of matching (even if they ended up not winning the project)
  • An agency you are currently contracting with (project is in Contracting status)
  • An agency currently delivering your project (project is in Delivery status)
  • An agency that has completed a project (project is in Completed status)

Selecting an agency will open up a preview of the projects they have engaged you on. Selecting a project within this preview will open this project in a new tab.

Projects Detail (Projects by Capability)

This card will give you information on the total amount of projects you have created and undertaken on StudioSpace, alongside their average value and aligned capability.

Note that as of May 2025, a project can fall under multiple capabilities, as these are matched against your requested capabilities as part of the creation of your project brief. This will be updated to give a better breakdown of your projects.

Projects by Status

This card will give you a quick snapshot. To view projects in more detail, you can navigate to My Projects and select a relevant project.
