Due to the nature of our platform, information shared by either brand or agencies for the purposes of:

  • Submitting a project brief on our platform
  • The matching process, including meetings and communications off-platform
  • Contracting and agreeing on a Statement of Work
  • delivering the project

is treated as confidential. Please note that the above is a non-exhaustive list.

Information that is published on the Marketplace is submitted at the discretion of the agencies on our platform, and is instead considered to be User-Generated Content (UGC).

As of 30th April 2024, StudioSpace is ISO 27001:2022 certified, under the scope of a B2B digital marketplace that provides clients with on-demand access to digital and marketing services from agencies.
