Signing your Statement of Work
How to sign the final Statement of Work once you've agreed contract terms with the agency
Signing the finalised Statement of Work
Once you have agreed to the Draft Statement of Work, StudioSpace will review the information and generate a bespoke contract (also known as the Final Statement of Work) for both you and the agency to sign with StudioSpace.
When the contract has been generated, checked, and is ready for signing, you will be notified via email to sign the contract.
We are currently partnered with our contract integration partner, Juro, to manage formal contracts. You will therefore receive email correspondence from StudioSpace via Juro under noreply@juro.com. Please check your junk folder in case the email is there.
If you are unable to access Juro, please visit this page for more information.
You are also able to find the Statement of Work by going to the Contracting > Finalise Statement of Work screen below by clicking on the link "View contract on Juro".
Please review the contract on Juro to make sure it aligns with what you agreed on on the platform. Once you sign the document, you'll be sent an additional email with your signed Statement of Work.
To learn more about how to use Juro, you can learn more on their Help Centre.
If you're unable to use Juro, then please contact your StudioSpace account manager.
Custom Contract Templates
If you have a custom SoW template that is required from your procurement team, we will have asked your company during initial onboarding, and your Statement of Work will be presented using this template. If this is not the case and you require a custom template, then please get in contact with your StudioSpace account manager.
Raising a Purchase Order (PO)
The staff member that you assigned PO duties to in Project Staffing will receive an email asking them to provide us a Purchase Order. Simply click "Send Purchase Order" to open a reply window in your email, and attach the Purchase Order to the email.
