I'm having an issue adding a Youtube/Vimeo link
Please make sure your video links follow the approved formats below:
- Approved Youtube Format - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=00000000000
- Approved Youtube Format - https://youtu.be/00000000000
- Approved Vimeo Format - https://vimeo.com/000000000
The embed link function will not support any links, like:
https://player.vimeo.com/video/000000000:
This is a pre-embedded vimeo url (note the word 'player' in the subdomain).
Please use the original video url which matches the approved format above.

This is an 'unlisted' Vimeo url. Change the video to a public link, and supply the new url matching the approved vimeo format above.
To do so, log into your Vimeo account:
1. Select your video's privacy settings
2. Select "Public"
I can't see my video that I published.
I only see 'Banner Image' with a broken image icon
These broken links will exist if you previously used a low-res mp4 video for your showcase. You'll need to replace it with a higher resolution youtube or vimeo link.
My hi-res image that I uploaded looks pixelated
If you've uploaded a hi-resolution image and it's lost quality, that's because it's been compressed to optimise performance on the platform. To avoid any compression artefacts for any images you would like to upload, please ensure your files do not exceed 1mb
