I can't publish my profile

If you're unable to publish your profile, please make sure you have done the following:

  1. Make sure you have a square logo uploaded. Learn more here

  2. Make sure you have a profile banner uploaded. Learn more here

  3. Make sure you have at least ONE showcase item set to "Published"

If you have done all these steps and are still encountering issues, contact our support team at help@studiospace.com and we'll help you get your profile published.
