Publishing your profile
Before your profile is visible on the Marketplace, you will need to publish it. This is to maintain the quality of our marketplace and ensure that profiles are at a minimum level of completion before appearing.
To publish your profile, navigate to Publish & Consent Settings, the tab next to Edit Profile. If this is your first time editing your profile, you will notice that your publishing status is Hidden. Publishing is simply a matter of toggling "Hidden" to "Published"!
Hidden
By default, your profile will be Hidden (i.e. not published). Hidden will hide you from the StudioSpace Marketplace.
You are able to hide your profile at any time, but we recommend only hiding a profile when you're getting started, do not wish to be matched, or have large changes to make to your profile.
Please note, you won't be excluded from being matched to briefs or be removed from existing projects for having a hidden profile, but brands will be much less likely to select you if they cannot see your work!
Publish
Publishing your profile will make your agency visible to brands on the Marketplace.
Your agency will appear on the home page, categories, listing pages and search results.
When you publish your profile, your published showcases will appear across the marketplace, including the showcase carousel, search results and other related pages.
You'll also be able to copy your profile URL to share it across other platforms.
Please note, that publishing your profile and publishing your showcases are independent. Published showcases will not appear in the marketplace if your agency profile is still hidden.
Think of publishing your profile as your shop being open for business, and your published showcases as what you're displaying inside that shop.
Consent settings
As part of being on the StudioSpace Marketplace, we may use your Showcase media as part of our marketing for promotional purposes, including on our website and in social media videos.as detailed in the Contribution License section of our Terms & Conditions.
We do not and will never use your agency's work to generate creative of our own using AI or similar tools. You can learn more about our Generative Content policy here.
I can't publish my profile
If you're unable to publish your profile, it's likely you have not done one the following:
- Uploaded a logo.
- Uploaded a banner.
- Published at least one showcase (note: publishing a showcase is independent to publishing your entire profile)
If you have done all these steps and are still encountering issues, contact our support team at help@studiospace.com and we'll help you get your profile published.
