Create & edit your Marketplace profile

Your Marketplace profile will often be the first point of contact brands will have with your agency, and keeping your profile up-to-date is an essential step in showcasing your agency's strengths and attracting brands for potential projects.

Navigate to Your Profile

Whilst you are on Marketplace, Select "Your Profile" from the navigation menu.

You will be presented with the visual profile editor, where you'll be able to see a direct representation of how your profile will be shown to brands.


Navigating Your Profile

  1. Tabs - navigate between editing your profile, and your publish & consent settings (learn more about publishing your profile here).
  2. Hint Banners - you may be shown banners that will help you with understanding if your profile is live or hidden, or a recommendation to get a testimonial from a brand.
  3. Profile Colour Theme - customise your profile even further by adding your brand colours to your profile's background, buttons and tags.
  4. Edit Button - you are able to edit each part of your profile. The edit button will affect the relevant section of your profile.

Edit Your Profile

As part of the refresh, you can currently change your details in both Marketplace and in Manage Studio (previously known as My Studio). This may be subject to change.

To change information on your profile, just select Edit on the relevant section. A floating drawer will appear on the right hand side of your screen (or full screen on mobile). Once you are done making changes to a section, select the Save button at the top of the drawer.

Profile Colour Theme

The profile colour theme allows you to add a personal brand touch to your profile. This colour will affect buttons, tags, and your profile's background.

The colour you choose will need to conform with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards. This ensures that your profile is still legible.

Banner Image

Your banner image will appear at the top of your profile as well as on your agency card.

1600 x 800 minimum, 2:1 image ratio. JPG (recommended), PNG (non-transparent preferred)

Logo & Name

Your logo and name will be your main identity across StudioSpace.

What Makes You Unique

We're interested in what makes your agency different and unique, and makes you stand out from the crowd.

Me-in-3 / Summary Tags

These custom tags allow you to add an at-a-glance summary of your agency. These appear on your agency card below your profile banner and name, and within your profile.

As part of the launch of this feature, your profile will automatically be provided 3 tags that are based off of your agency's website. You are able to change these at any time.

Agency size

Please select from the dropdown the size of your agency.

Additional attributes

Many brands have a number of initiatives that extends to who they procure work from. If you are a B-Corp Certified, female-founded or diverse-owned business, you are able to select these attributes.

Location (Where you can find us)

This will let brands know where you're located, which is especially important for projects that will require local expertise. To change this, you will need to go to Manage Studio > Addresses. Learn more about your Address here.

Capabilities

Capabilities are specialisms in which you have demonstrated expertise in and what you have a proven track record in delivering.

In addition, out of this selection, you are be prompted to select your Top capabilities, which are the capabilities that represent what you're best at.

As part of the our Marketplace refresh, your capabilities will have been automatically selected based off of your agency's website. You are able to change these at any time.

Note: Less is more! Adding more capabilities beyond your expertise will not help increase your chances at getting matched on StudioSpace.

Industry & Sector Expertise

Similar to capabilities, you can showcase which industry verticals or client sectors that your agency has demonstrated expertise in.

Contact (Social Media Links)

You can share additional social media links on your profile for brands to learn more about your agency beyond StudioSpace.

Your website and LinkedIn are required links; all other links are optional.

Publishing your Profile
