Final Handover

When your Project reaches its intended end date, you and the client will both receive a notification via email.

This will prompt the client to complete the “Final Handover”, which is a questionnaire wherein they confirm the successful completion of the Project. 

What do I need to do? 

At this point, we ask that you complete feedback for your client and StudioSpace, as this is required to formally complete the Project on StudioSpace. 

How do I get paid my final invoice? 

Final invoice payment is dependent on the client confirming the completion of the Project. Please prompt them to complete the Final Handover on StudioSpace. Once they have done so, they will be issued their final invoice, allowing you to issue an invoice to StudioSpace. To learn more about invoicing, check out our Invoicing guide. 

What should I do if my project is delayed? 

If the Project is delayed and the client has not yet communicated this with StudioSpace, you are able to let us know by using Project actions.

Changing the Project end date will affect when you and the client will be prompted for feedback, when Final Handover needs to be completed by the client, as well as when final invoices will be paid. 
 
This new date should be agreed upon with the client before requesting a change. Please note that Studiospace will review this request.
